About Us
What distinguishes us from other lavender farmers?
All natural, quality lavender practices including being part of a "top of the mind" environmental impact( no irrigation, no fertilizers, eco-friendly packaging...) . We distill our own lavender essential oil and provide a friendly atmosphere for our honey bees, butterflies, birds, ... We support our wonderful community and feel strongly about helping others learn and enjoy the many benefits of lavender. And finally, buying our lavender means interesting, unique varieties, and supporting local economy. We are sad to announce that our sweet, loveable companion to Humphrey passed away on 8/14/26. Sheba was the kindest mule and we loved her and will miss her so much. RIP Sheba.
8/19/26 We are heartbroken to announce we lost our Humphrey . He was the life of our farm and visitors came to see him more than any lavender field. He's been part of our family for so many years. RIP Humphrey

Our Farm
Established in 2004, Purple Mountain Lavender overlooks beautiful Flathead Lake in Lakeside, Montana. We are a family-owned business and have over 1,500 plants and 35 varieties of lavender. We just celebrated our 22st year as a lavender farm! We currently offer our online store, local deliveries and pick up. We are passionate about what we do here and look forward to serving our loyal customers using our Website SHOP .
I do have products at The Collective next to Snowline Acres on 93 in Kalispell. Our season is now officially over. Good news, we had a great season! Thank you to friends who helped out to make it such a success! We are now closed to the public.
